Research Interests
Genetic components to human inherited disease include modification to the sequences of gene whose expression is associated with disease and modifications in levels of expression of such genes. Recent technological developments in molecular biology allow scientists to simultaneously study the expression of virtually every gene in cells and directly determine the relevance of abnormal gene expression to pathophysiologic processes. My research interests over the past few years have focused on this area with particular emphasis on autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.

Joined OMRF Scientific Staff in 1986.
