Janis Perrault Vice President of Human Resources

Janis Perrault joined OMRF in 2007 as Vice President of Human Resources. A certified Senior Professional of Human Resources, she holds a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, with an emphasis in human resources management. Perrault served as vice president of human resources and administration for Diamondback Energy Services before coming to OMRF. Prior to her work at Diamondback, Perrault had a 22-year career with Kerr-McGee Corporation. At Kerr-McGee, she held a variety of positions with the parent company and the chemical subsidiary, with her final position being director of human resources for the shared services company. In 2001, she was honored with the chairman’s employee of the year award for the chemical subsidiary. She is a member of the Senior Executive Human Resource Forum, the Oklahoma City HR Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, the College and University Professionals Association and the University of Central Oklahoma Alumni Association and is active in the HR Forum of the Association of Independent Research Institutes.
