Janis Perrault holds a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, with an emphasis in human resources management. She is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR). Perrault served as vice president of human resources and administration for Diamondback Energy Services during 2006. Prior to her work at Diamondback, Perrault had a 22-year career with Kerr-McGee Corporation. While at Kerr-McGee, she held a variety of positions with the parent company and the chemical subsidiary, with her final position being director of human resources for the shared services company. In 2001, she was honored with the chairman’s employee of the year award for the chemical subsidiary. Perrault served on the board of directors of the Oklahoma affiliate of INROADS from 2003-2006 and was recently appointed to the South/Central Regional board of INROADS, a national non-profit organization that prepares minority youth for leadership positions in business. She is a member of the Oklahoma City HR Society, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the UCO Alumni Association. She joined OMRF in January of 2007 as Vice President of Human Resources.
