Mike D. "Chip" Morgan Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer President, Association of Independent Research Institutes

Chip Morgan received his BBA degree from the University of Oklahoma and holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University, where he received the Outstanding MBA Student faculty award. A 38-year OMRF employee, Morgan has held numerous positions and currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He is President of the Association of Independent Research Institutes (www.airi.org) and has previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma Health Services Federal Credit Union (now known as the FOCUS Federal Credit Union) and the Oklahoma chapter of the American Heart Association. Morgan is a graduate of Class XIII, Leadership Oklahoma City.
