OMRF has a coordinator to serve as a point of contact for post-doctoral fellows to ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to be successful at OMRF and as they continue their career. The post-doctoral coordinator offices:

• Maintains contact information for current and past post-docs
• Coordinates recruiting visits and tours for post-docs
• Works with OMRF Human Resources personnel to recruit post-docs; facilitate moves (especially for internationals); help locate housing, social security card & driver's license, banking, medical facilities, and transportation
• Help orient post-docs to OMRF
• Coordinate social events
• Serve as a liaison for coordination of in-house seminars for post-docs
• Aid post-docs in exploring career opportunities
